At Pine to Palm, every item is made to order just for you. We partner with Printful, a trusted print-on-demand fulfillment provider, to print, package, and ship your order directly to your doorstep.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed and fulfilled within approximately 2–5 business days before shipment. During periods of high demand, holidays, or special promotions, fulfillment times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–8 business days
- Canada: 5–15 business days
- International Orders: 5–20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or seasonal demand.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
Shipping Costs
U.S. orders qualify for free standard shipping on purchases of $75 or more. Orders under $75 are charged a flat shipping rate, with expedited shipping options available at checkout.
Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, Pine to Palm cannot guarantee shipping timelines once an order has been handed off to the carrier. Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or peak holiday seasons.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Pine to Palm is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for lost packages. Include your order number and relevant photos so we can work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
