Returns & Exchanges
At Pine to Palm, each item is made to order specifically for you through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or change-of-mind purchases.
Please review all sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at:
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll work quickly with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund when applicable.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
